Let’s answer some questions:

Do we make our sauces in house? Of course we do.

Do we make our rubs in house? Of course we do.

What kind of wood do we use? A mix of Hickory and Oak.

Will we offer catering? Yes. But, it will be later this year. We want to make sure we can handle the nice folk that come see us before spreading ourselves too thin.

How do I place an order “ToGo”? At first, you will need to use the drive-thru or come in and order. We will not be taking orders over the phone ever. We will have online “ToGo” ordering very soon.

Are we going to offer Door Dash or Uber Eats? Yes, but not right off the bat.

Will we offer gift cards? Yes, but it will be closer to the holidays.

Will we offer our sauces or rubs retail? Eventually.

Do we have swag for sale? We will. Right now, it’s about the people and the food.
