Who are we?

We are a couple of long-time restaurant guys. We are formerly of Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint and Hugh-Baby’s BBQ and Burger Shop out of Nashville but with locations in 4 states. We spent 20+ years collectively at those brands in every role imaginable. We took that passion and set our sights on East Tennessee. We love the mountains, golfing, fishing, and making great barbecue. We’ve settled off Exit 398 Strawberry Plains and have met some of the incredible people in this tight-knit community and can’t wait to serve them some authentic barbecue.
